ETCH staff are nationally certified as clinicians and as trainers/consultants in the NAVIGATE Early Intervention for Psychosis Coordinated Specialty Care model, in addition to Using Resiliency in Life (URL), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp), and Compassion Focused Therapy for psychosis (CFTp).
NAVIGATE was developed as part of the RAISE national research endeavor targeting improved outcomes for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

A complete training package is available, inclusive of administrative/agency preparation support, on-site training of specialized clinical intervention staff, supervision/consultation for implementation and fidelity monitoring. Training about early identification of psychosis and early intervention is also available to schools, health practitioners, faith organizations and other community stakeholders.
Comprehensive clinical training materials are included in the Professional Training & Consultation package: Team Members Guide, Program Director Manual, Family Education Manual, Individual Resiliency Trainer Manual, Prescribers Manual, Supported Employment & Education Manual.
