Catherine Adams, LMSW, ACSW, CAADC, received her Master's in Social Work from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She worked for over 30 years for the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board in Lansing, MI as a senior clinician and clinical manager serving consumers with mental illness and their families. Cathy has advanced training in providing addictions counseling, Family Psycho-education and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is nationally certified as a Family Education clinician as part of the RAISE-Navigate intervention for early psychosis and is a trainer for Family Psychoeducation. Cathy has experience serving as a Research Coordinator for several national research endeavors exploring the benefits of early intervention following a first episode of psychosis and using technologies to support illness management and relapse prevention for those diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Cathy is also the Owner and Clinical Director of ETCH (Early Treatment and Cognitive Health) which provides NAVIGATE model interventions to young adults experiencing a first episode of psychosis and their families, in addition to training/consultation/program design and implementation to newly formed early intervention teams in the state of Michigan.

Scott Palazzolo, LMSW, received his Master's in Social Work from Michigan State University, specializing in clinical practice with families. With over 7 years of experience in First Episode Psychosis (FEP) services, Scott has held multiple roles on a NAVIGATE team, starting as a Supported Employment and Education (SEE) specialist and later transitioning into individual and family therapy roles. Currently, he works for Early Treatment and Cognitive Health (ETCH), where he oversees the training and fidelity processes for SEE and Family Education (FE) clinicians. Scott has extensive training and consultation in Compassion-Focused Therapy for Psychosis (CFTp) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) through the INSPIRE Clinic at Stanford University.

Brandon Goeman, LMSW, received his Master's in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. He spent several years as a clinician on an Assertive Community Treatment team while also working in a DBT program prior to becoming involved in First Episode Psychosis (FEP) work. During his time on an FEP team, he worked as an IRT and NAV2GO clinician. He currently works as a trainer and consultant for early intervention psychosis initiatives in Michigan through ETCH and as the Clinical Lead/FE of a hybrid NAVIGATE pilot program. He has achieved competence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) and completed a Train the Trainer program through the Inspire Clinic at Stanford, becoming a certified CBTp trainer and consultant.

Elizabeth Fisher, BSW, received her Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Michigan State University. She coordinates the Psychosis REACH (Recovery by Enabling Adult Carers at Home) program, which equips caregivers with skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) to better care for and support loved ones experiencing psychosis.
